It is considered a non-traditional project due to its unique design and provides a variety of services such as restaurants, offices and car parking. The office building covers a total area of 25,000 m² comprised of 12 floors & 3 Basement levels.
SCOPE OF WORK
Construction Management (QS & QC) in addition to providing full Shop Drawing (architectural and façade) in addition to Structural and MEP Designs.
