The project comprises eleven separate buildings and towers that include a state of the art convention center, shopping mall and a 50-storey 7-star luxury Hotel. It also includes a medical center, a 250-key 5-star Hotel, two Hotel suites buildings and five office buildings of varying height and size. The total built-up area of the project is approximately 680,000 m² and was designed with key sustainability factors taken into consideration.
