Jeddah Tower is projected to be the tallest building in the world over 1,000 meters (3,281feet) tall, it will have a gross floor area of 245,000 m² and includes offices, a 200 rooms Four Seasons Hotel, 121 Four Seasons branded apartments and 360 residential apartments. The project offers a sustainable mixed-use environment, residential apartments, retail and leisure destination as well a business center.
SCOPE OF WORK
Main contractor for Structural shop drawings including coordination and implementation of other trades requirements accomplishing more than 10,000 drawings, bar bending schedules, technical engineering services for construction, other job site requirements, such as quality control and surveys (QA, QC, QS) and structural design services.
