The housing project for National Guard personnel is regarded as one of the finest residential projects in standard and quality ever built in the Kingdom. This massive project provides National Guard personnel with comfortable living facilities and services. The site includes 400 residential villas with all necessary facilities (schools, mosques…) on a total area of 800,000 m².
SCOPE OF WORK
Established a technical office on site to provided detailed structural design services and design evaluation and validation with detailed drawings for the entire project (for example, STP Plant, SANG Offices, Main gate…). Additionally, provided detailed shop-drawing for all infrastructure networks and utilities (water supply, storm water, sewage, irrigation, electrical lines…).
